THE PROCESS

First contact:  Your email or phone call is the first contact. We will talk or email with you to get an idea of your needs.  We will set an appointment to come to your house and visit with you.

Initial meeting.  Our first step in our unique approach is to meet with you, the client. The initial meeting is important to a successful remodeling project.  We will sit with you and discuss at length what you envision for your home. We will address all questions and concerns you might have about the design, work, the details, cost and final product.  We would also take time to measure and make some preliminary drawings with you to make ensure clear communication.

Proposal meeting:  We will work diligently to put on paper your ideas and desires.  Our team will design the remodeling plan, create a cost estimate and present it to you within a week.  We believe that a sound and professional proposal should be done with a great attention to detail – as the job itself.  We will meet with you to present our proposal.

Contract meeting:  Once you decide to accept our proposal and sign a contract of agreement with our company, we will begin work.  You will be given a detailed schedule of work that will inform you about each phase of the project. At this meeting, we will also present to you a schedule of payment.

Final walkthrough: The final phase of the project includes you, the client. We don’t consider the “job done” until you say it’s done.  We will present the final product to you with the same care and patience we had on our Initial meeting.
